Most of the Qatar website questions we get are about shops: a brand that sells on Instagram and WhatsApp and wants a proper store. So this guide covers both sites and shops.
Our prices for Qatar
We do not publish a riyal price list, so Qatar projects are quoted from our dirham list, or in US dollars if you prefer.
| Package | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | AED 2,500 | Up to 5 pages in English, an enquiry form and WhatsApp |
| Business | AED 4,900 | Up to 10 pages, a blog and tracking |

| Online shop | from AED 6,900 | Shopify or WooCommerce, payments and delivery |
The full list, including care and SEO, is on the Gulf price list.
What changes the price of a Qatar shop
The catalogue. How many products, how many sizes and colours, and how they are grouped and filtered. Street 55, a Qatar shop we built, launched with more than 1,000 products, filtered by brand, skin concern and life stage.
Offers. "Spend QR 999, get a QR 150 voucher" or "free gift over QR 500" rules take setup time, but they let your team run campaigns without a developer.
Payments. This is where Qatar differs from the UAE. See below.
Arabic. An Arabic version is quoted separately and done with a professional translator.
Two things to know before you budget
Stripe and Shopify Payments do not support Qatar businesses. Both work in the UAE, not in Qatar (Stripe, Shopify). A Qatar shop uses a provider that lists Qatar, such as SkipCash, Dibsy, PayTabs or MyFatoorah. Our payment gateway guide has the details.
.qa domains now need Qatari documents. Under the Qatar Domains Registry's updated policy, which took effect on 22 October 2026, a .com.qa name needs a Qatari commercial registration or trade licence, or a trademark registered in Qatar (CRA). If your company is registered in Qatar, that is straightforward. If not, use a .com domain. See our guide to .ae and .qa domains.
What to check in any quote
- Has the agency built a shop that takes payment in Qatar before? Ask to see it.
- Which payment provider will they use, and have they confirmed it takes Qatar businesses?
- Who owns the domain, the shop account and the files?
- Is WhatsApp built in, so customers can ask before they buy?
- What does care cost after launch?
Where we fit
We are a small studio in Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka is 2.5 hours ahead of Qatar. We built Street 55's WooCommerce store, with checkout in riyals through a local processor and a WhatsApp button on every product, and they kept us on for care.
